Health insurance plans cover acupuncture.
There are several insurance plans, that cover acupuncture, cupping, infrared lamp, electro-acupuncture and massage:

- Workers comp: Align Networks and Coventry.
- Auto Insurance: we do take certain cases on a lien.
We are out of network yet, but we accept super bills.
A number of health insurance plans in California cover acupuncture, including Blue Shield of California, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare (UHC). Unfortunately, all plans are different, and many have restrictions or high deductibles that must be met before coverage begins. We require that you, the patient, be personally responsible for the payment of your deductibles, as well as any unpaid balances in this office.
